Mega Distillery Return Policy
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that it may take up to 25 days for your return to reach our fulfillment center. Once your return is received, we will process your refund within approximately 2-4 business days. After that, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
The return shipping costs are your responsibility. However, we will refund up to $20 for return postage once we receive the returned item. If your return shipping costs exceed $20, please contact us, and we will review your request for reimbursement of the remaining postage. If the returned item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will refund the full postage cost once the return is processed.
Holiday Return Policy
For items shipped between November 1 and December 31, you may initiate a return until January 31 of the following year for a full refund.
